DCM SERVICES NAMES CURTIS REBELEIN AS CHIEF INFORMATION SECURITY OFFICER

Minneapolis, MN, October 27, 2025 – DCM Services, Inc. (“DCMS”), the industry leader in estate and specialty account recovery solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Curtis Rebelein as Chief Information Security Officer.

With nearly three decades of experience in information technology, primarily in cybersecurity, Curtis will lead efforts to fortify DCM Services' security posture, regulatory compliance, and risk management strategies. Curtis most recently served as Chief Information Security Officer at the Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC), where he oversaw information network security, data privacy, and compliance. He previously played key roles in enhancing security and compliance at Provation Medical, helping guide the company through its transition to a publicly traded organization, and contributed to security standards across enterprises such as UnitedHealth Group, Target, Medtronic, and CenturyLink.

In addition to holding multiple professional certifications in cloud security, systems auditing, and risk control, Curtis recently earned his Master’s degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, further strengthening his expertise in the evolving security landscape.
