What does DCM Services do?

DCM Services, LLC, is a third-party collection agency with a primary focus on resolving estate debt on behalf of clients across multiple industries. Also, we provide other specialty accounts-receivable services. Our goal is to provide a sensitive approach to ensure the best experience possible.

Why can’t you tell me what this is about before I give you my name or verify information?

DCM Services strives to provide the utmost protection to the private and confidential information in its possession. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Regulation F, a debt collector can only disclose detailed information to the consumer or a person authorized to act on the consumer’s behalf.

Once the account representative verifies that they are speaking with the proper person, the account representative can go into further detail and answer any questions.

If I would like to make a payment, what are my payment options?

There are multiple ways to pay an account with us:

(1) mail a check to us,

(2) pay over the phone with an account representative by calling 1-877-326-8786, or

(3) use our payment portal, DCMS ServiceLink, if such option is given in a letter sent to you. You will need the file number and PIN number found on the letter you received from DCM Services to create a DCMS ServiceLink account.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm CST, Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 am to 5:00 pm CST on Fridays. Our office is closed on major holidays.
