Overlooking the Minnesota Vikings practice and training facility, the outdoor bar and patio is the perfect place to kick off our conference.  

The opening reception is scheduled for October 8th from 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Our meeting agenda begins with breakfast at 7:30 am on October 9th.

The 2025 Agenda Is Here — And So Are the Speakers You Don’t Want to Miss!

Amrit Saxena is the Founder & CEO of SaxeCap, a private equity firm founded in 2019 that specializes in transforming businesses with AI. He pioneered the concept of “AI-levered buyouts” and has applied it to over 100 private companies, driving billions in enterprise value. Amrit also serves as a Senior Advisor on AI to 40+ PE funds and sits on the Boards of DCM Services and The Princeton Review. A proven leader in AI-first businesses, he founded and exited two AI startups—retail AI company Fancy That (acquired by Palantir) and HR AI company Stella.ai (sold via LBO). He has taught and researched AI at Stanford and MIT and is a prolific angel investor in companies including Anthropic, OpenAI, Perplexity, FigureAI, and more. Amrit holds a B.S. in Computer Science (AI concentration) and an M.S. in Management Science & Engineering, both from Stanford University with Distinction. Amrit’s session, AI Demystified, will help you understand what AI means and how it can drive results in today’s data-driven landscape.

William Black, is the host of the Consumer Credit Matters podcast, where he explores key developments in consumer credit, risk management, and regulatory change. With deep industry knowledge and a talent for distilling complex topics, William offers valuable insight into the economic and policy trends shaping the future of consumer finance. William will explore Industry Trends and Insights in consumer credit, regulation, and risk management, providing a clear perspective on where the industry is headed.

John H. Bedard, Jr., Esq., is the managing attorney at Bedard Law Group, P.C., a firm specializing in consumer credit and collection law. A nationally recognized expert on FDCPA, FCRA, and TCPA compliance, John advises creditors and agencies nationwide and is a frequent speaker on regulatory and litigation trends in the collections industry. John will provide a Regulatory and Compliance Update, sharing his expertise and insights that will help attendees stay ahead of evolving regulations and reduce legal risk in consumer credit and collections.
