Working with a growing list of carriers, DCM Services' claim team isolates deceased accounts with insurance coverage, contacts the carriers and then negotiates the maximum settlement possible.
In addition to helping protect brand integrity, this process benefits our clients in a number of ways:
- First, by using this service, clients can relieve surviving family members of participation in a process not designed for
them. Instead, DCM Services will leverage its network of carrier contacts to identify the responsible party, file a claim
and manage the recovery of that claim.
- Second, while DCM Services files and processes claims against insurance accounts, we also continually scrub these
accounts for estates using our exclusive Probate Finder® Solution. As such, when we've located an estate where either
a balance is not fully paid by the insurance company or the insurance company has appropriately rejected the claim,
DCM Services can file a separate claim for the remaining balance through the estate process.
