Two pioneers in the debt recovery industry; two visionaries who possess a long and distinguished history of leadership and innovation. From interacting with diverse audiences to navigating the delicate process of deceased account recovery, Jim and Gary bring nearly four decades of specialized experience, expertise and ethics.

James Balogh

Jim Balogh has a long history in database creation and debt recovery. Prior to designing DCM Services' Probate Finder® Solution, the collection industry's only national, systematically-maintained probate information source, Jim founded Banko®, the credit industry's most complete source of U.S. bankruptcy filings.

Gary Becker

For three decades, Gary has been a legal leader in the debt recovery industry. From his experience as a certified Creditors' Rights Specialist to leading the way as a founding board member of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, Gary has a rich history in the legal and regulatory space.

DCM Services: The Road to Success

In 1999, Jim and Gary joined forces and founded their first entity: Balogh Becker, Ltd., a legal collections firm. In a few short years, through their expanded collections work, the duo had successfully created the concept that would become the recognized industry standard for deceased account recovery: data-driven collections performed in a respectful and dignified manner for all involved.

On the heels of their immense success, DCM Services took notice and assumed the collection services of Balogh Becker in July 2007. Today, DCM Services combines Jim and Gary's unique vision for deceased collections with sole ownership of and exclusive rights to the use of the Probate Finder® Solution. Currently, Jim serves as DCM Services' Chairman and Gary is DCM Services' CEO.
